Lincoln City ADA Curb Ramps
|
Thanks for your patience – we paved this week to reopen as many lanes and curb ramps as possible leading up to spring break.

If you're going sightseeing this spring break, keep an eye out for whales, seals and our crews!
Help keep our crews safe by using caution in the work zones and not moving cones.
While you likely won't see daytime lane closures in Lincoln City over spring break, you will see cones, signs and other traffic control devices in some areas where work is paused. We'll continue to do some work at night with nighttime lane closures as needed in limited areas within the city.
In Lincoln Beach and at Salishan Hills Drive, you can still expect crews working with day or nighttime lane closures as needed on U.S. 101.
|
Please remember, if you're going through the area, you can expect:
- Crews working during the day, Monday through Thursday, in some areas.
- Some Friday and night work as needed.
- 24/7 U.S. 101 single lane and shoulder closures as needed.
- Delays with flaggers directing traffic as needed.
- Cones and traffic barrels blocking areas that are not open to the public.
- Construction noise – using saws to cut concrete can be loud and dusty.
- Business access to remain open during construction.

Safety reminder
While you may not always see people working in a coned-off area, it doesn't mean it's not an active work zone.
Cones close off an area that is unsafe for pedestrians and vehicles to move through. The area will remain closed until crews are able to return, repair and reopen.
Please do not move cones or park in coned-off areas.

Pay attention in work zones, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work. Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers.
Remember that fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not.
