ODOT’s Office of Engagement and Civil Rights is offering scholarships to qualified businesses to attend the upcoming training - 2026 ACEC | ODOT Partnering Conference - by ODOT and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon (ACEC).

This 1-day event brings together employees of ODOT and consulting firms in order to share information, tools and network so we can improve how we do business together.

Scholarship tickets to attend are being offered at NO COST to businesses that meet the following qualifications:

• Must be DBE or ESB certified with COBID.
• Must be eligible to do work on ODOT-specific projects. 
• Must have scope of work in Architecture, Engineering or Professional Services. 
• Must not have been awarded an ODOT scholarship within the last year. 

There is a limited number of scholarship tickets available. Only 1 person per firm may apply.
