Road and Ramp Closures for the Shamrock Run

PORTLAND – On Sunday, March 15, 2026, the Shamrock Run will lead to the following closures in the Portland area from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

  • Full closure of Naito Parkway/Barbur Boulevard southbound between
    I-405 and Capitol Highway
  • I-405 northbound Exit 1A off-ramp to Naito Parkway/Harbor Drive
  • US26 westbound (Ross Island Bridge) off-ramp to OR99W southbound

The closures are necessary for the Shamrock Run. 

Detour

Motor carriers will need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours, or use authorized alternate routes.
