Workday Learning System
If you are external to ODOT, you will need to set up a Workday Learning account to view or enroll in our courses.

The 2025 ADA Curb Ramp Digital Training and Exams will be offline as of December 1 for updates. The 2026 online training and exams will be made available in early January.
The 2025 Traffic Signal Construction Inspector training and exam will be offline for the month of January. The 2026 curriculum will be activated in February. If you have completed the 2025 online training, you must complete the online exam in 2025.

Technician Training
Does your company work on or supply material to an AWP ODOT contract? We have specialized in-person materials training available for you. Topics include Sample Records, Test Management, Materials Sources, Daily Source Reports, and External Labs.
(For ODOT Certifications: CAgT, CAT-I, CDT, CEBT, CSTT, QCT).
Register in Workday Learning. (External Non-ODOT Users need to create a Workday account to register.) Upcoming class dates: Jan 20 and Feb 17 from 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. (PST) at the Salem Materials lab located at 800 Airport Road SE.
Certified Payroll for Primes & Subs
Our next scheduled online training is Jan 15 and Feb 12 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon (PST). Let us know if you plan to attend at AWPAdmin@odot.Oregon.gov. Find the Teams link for this training on the AWP Website.

Plan Reading Series (1 hour) - New to Construction? Go through the first module prior to an inspector training course. You can familiarize yourself with the basics of plan reading.
Math Module - If it has been a while since your last math class, this is useful as background for all of the certification courses.
