ASTORIA – Effective January 15, 2026, this section of US101 Business (the Old Youngs Bay Bridge) northbound and southbound will be closed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The estimated completion date for this work is January 16, 2026. This closure will take place again on February 4, 2026, between the hours of
9 AM & 4:00 PM with an estimated completion date of February 5, 2026. These closures are necessary for bridge maintenance. 

 

Detour

When the Old Young's Bay Bridge is closed, motor carriers will need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours or used authorized alternate routes.
