Oregon Transportation Commission to meet Dec. 11 in Salem

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, Dec. 11 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol Street NE.

Items on the agenda include:

  • Rose Quarter update: Receive an update on the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project funding and project development progress, including next steps.
  • HB 3991 Implementation: Receive a status update on efforts to implement HB 3991. Discuss implementation highlights and provide input.
  • Strategic Action Plan Progress Report: Receive an update on the 2025 progress report of the 2024-2028 Strategic Action Plan, and a preview of next steps to adapt the plan to developments in 2025.
  • Office of Engagement and Civil Rights updates. Receive an informational update on Workforce Development Programs and Small Business Development.

How to provide public comment

Submit written comments in advance of the meeting and sign up for public comment, either in person or virtual. Sign up to provide comments by completing the comment form on our website at www.oregon.gov/odot/Get-involved/Pages/OTC_Main.aspx. Please sign up by noon on Tuesday, Dec. 9. 

Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Commenters and organizations providing public comment to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.

To submit written comments electronically, please use the submission form on the OTC website by noon on Tuesday, Dec. 9, to guarantee inclusion in the meeting packet. Comments not included in the meeting packet will be shared with commissioners after the meeting.
