Closures will be 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday-Sunday nights

PORTLAND – If you will use Interstate 5 through Portland this weekend or the weekend of Dec. 12, expect lane closures under the Morrison Bridge for repairs.
The left lane of both directions of I-5 will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The closures are necessary for Multnomah County's Morrison Bridge Strengthening Project.
The work also will require closures for the three nights of the following weekend of Dec. 12-14. The county also expects to need a single overnight closure on Wednesday night, Dec. 17.
Please watch out and slow down for road crews if you’re traveling I-5 any of those nights.
