Transportation Commission to meet Oct. 27 in Salem

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold its regular meeting Monday, Oct. 27 at 8 a.m. The meeting will originate from the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol Street NE, Salem. 

Items on the agenda include:

  • Special Session Update: Receive an update on the legislative session session, including impacts to ODOT’s budget and operations.
  • Interstate Bridge Replacement STIP Amendment: Commissioners will consider amending the 2024-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program to include the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program.
  • Center Street Bridge Project Update and Finance Plan: Receive an update on the Center Street Seismic Retrofit project status and current cost estimates and steps the project team is taking to manage potential project risks.
  • DMV Data integrity Review and Oregon Motor Voter Update: Receive an informational update on the completion of the DMV Data Integrity Review and program audit results for Oregon Motor Voter.
  • Audit Report Summary: Receive a summary of internal audit reports on Partial Payment Processing, Subcontractor Payment Monitoring and Reporting, and the ODOT Office of Procurement’s compliance with the DAS State Procurement Office Delegation Number 1095-20.

As part of the meeting, commissioners will hold a Capital Investment Plan workshop to review goals, metrics and development processes. The workshop is scheduled to begin at 10:20 a.m. at the same location.

Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Commenters (and organizations) who are providing public comment to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.
