Clow Corner Road Roundabout |
 Our crews have been working hard and making good progress on the OR 99W and Clow Corner Road roundabout. We're on track to open Clow Corner Road to the east of OR 99W by the end of June and to the west of OR 99W by late summer!
Closures and detours
OR 99W through the work zone is open
If you're traveling through the area, OR 99W is open in both directions with traffic slightly shifted to the west.
Three-way stop at the Riddell Road and Clow Corner Road intersection
If you're detouring around the closure, don't forget that this intersection is a three-way stop. Use caution and watch for other drivers.
While the road is closed, we are:
- Rebuilding the Clow Corner Road connection to OR 99W.
- Removing the old sections of OR 99W that the roundabout replaced.

 During construction, you can expect:
- Clow Corner Road, east of OR 99W, to stay closed until the end of June.
- Clow Corner Road, west of OR 99W, to stay closed until late summer.
- A signed detour to get around the closure.
- Nighttime lane closures on OR 99W as needed.
- A reduced speed limit to 45 mph in the work zone.
- The multiuse path to remain open.
- Construction noise and delays.

Pay attention in the work zone, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work! Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers.
Remember that fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not.
