Newberg-Dundee Bypass Phase 2A
|

Slow down through the area
We've started work on Phase 2A of the Newberg-Dundee Bypass.
To help keep the work zone safe for you and for our crew, we've reduced the speed limit.
Don't forget to watch for the posted speed limit, use caution and keep an eye out for our workers.
|

You can expect:
- Reduced speed in the work zone to 35 mph.
- Crews installing erosion control, which helps keep soil in place and prevents it from getting into nearby waterways or properties.
- Equipment moving in the area as we start to build the foundation of the road, raising it to meet the elevation needed for the future bridge over OR 219.
- Construction noise and delays.
Please watch for workers and drive with caution.

Pay attention in work zones, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work! Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers.
Remember: fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not.
