Road Work Alert

Kuebler Boulevard to Delaney Road

Plan ahead

On April 23 and April 24 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., you can expect the following closures:

South Commercial Street ramp from northbound I-5.
Right lane of southbound I-5 near milepost 249.4, about one mile north of Delaney Road Exit 248.

We have beams getting delivered and installed as part of our work for the new Commercial Street Bridge. Beams are the strong pieces that hold everything up – think of them as the backbone of the bridge.

To get around the South Commercial Street off-ramp closure, continue traveling north to Kuebler Boulevard Exit 252 and turn left onto Kuebler Boulevard to reconnect with South Commercial Street.

If you're going through the area, in general you can expect:

Construction noise.
Crews working during the day and at night.
Lane, shoulder and ramp closures as needed.
55 mph speed limit in the work zone.
