Astoria-Megler Bridge Daytime Lane Closures

Plan ahead for single lane daytime closures from early June through late September this year

We are replacing some of the Astoria-Megler Bridge supports and concrete bases. While most of the work will happen below the bridge, we still need daily single lane closures for the safety of our crew and the traveling public.

Starting early-June, you can expect: Daytime single lane closures Monday through Thursday and until noon on Friday. A temporary work platform under the bridge. Construction noise and delays.

Pay attention in work zones, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work! Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers. Remember: fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not. ​
