Update: Some registration functions are offline
CCD systems are still struggling with technical issues. At this time, we are unable to process commercial vehicle registration applications for carriers who do not have an established Oregon Trucking Online (TOL) account and/or need to register their first truck under their motor carrier account. Until the system issues are resolved, there will be delays in processing these transactions.
Note: Oregon Trucking Online (TOL) is still fully functional at this time for those with TOL accounts.
We apologize for the continued inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience! An update will be sent out as soon as we have these functions back online.
