PORTLAND – Effective March 20, 2025, the I-405 northbound Exit 1B off-ramp to 4th Avenue will be closed at all hours. This closure is necessary for paving work on SW 4th Avenue. The estimated completion date for this work is April 6, 2025.

 

Detour

When the I-405 northbound Exit 1B off-ramp to 4th Avenue is closed, motor carriers can use Exit 1C to 6th Avenue or other authorized alternate routes.
