Construction update:
Clow Corner Road Roundabout
|
 When work starts back up in February, you can expect:
- Detours to get around the Clow Corner Road closures.
- A reduced speed limit of 45 mph in the work zone.
- Nighttime lane closures on OR 99W as needed.
- Construction noise and delays.

Upcoming Clow Corner Road Closures in 2025
East of OR 99W
We're planning to close Clow Corner Road to the east of OR 99W for about five months to complete the roundabout. We plan to reopen the road by early summer.
West of OR 99W
After we've finished the work on the east side, Clow Corner Road to the west of OR 99W will close for up to 90 days. We'll connect the road to the roundabout and remove the old highway.

History
In 2023, we began making safety improvements on OR 99W between Rickreall and Monmouth.
We added a left turn lane at Orrs Corner Road and started working on the roundabout at the Clow Corner Road intersection.
Please use caution when driving through the area – the work zone has a reduced speed limit of 45 mph.
