Project Update |
|
|
The contract to construct phase 2A of the Newberg-Dundee bypass was recently awarded to Wildish Construction Company.
You may have already seen activity in the area as they start to set up for next year's construction.
We are planning to hold an online open house later in December to provide more information on the work being done and the potential traffic and construction impacts.
Stay tuned for more information and an invite to the online open house!

About the project
We are designing and building improvements for the interchange where OR 18 meets OR 219, including the realignment of NE Wynooski Road.
For phase 2A construction we are:
- Realigning OR 18 with a new connection to OR 219.
- Adding eastbound exit and westbound entrance ramps.
- Removing the old OR 18 alignment.
- Adding a bridge carrying the eastbound exit ramp over OR 219.
- Realigning Wynooski Road to meet the intersection of OR 219 and Wilsonville Road.
- Removing the old Wynooski Road alignment.
- Widening OR 219 for an additional travel lane, sidewalk, ADA ramps and drainage.
Don't keep this a secret – help us spread the word!
Please share this email with your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else you think may need to know about construction in the area and encourage them to sign up to receive project alerts for the Banks, Forest Grove and Gaston areas!
