The Innovative Mobility Program is now accepting full proposal applications for Study and Assessment Grants and Pilot Grants. Full proposals are due by 5 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2024. Entities that did not submit a pre-application between Sept. 25 – Nov. 1 will not be considered unless prior arrangements have been made with program staff. How can I submit a full proposal application?
A full proposal application can be submitted online. Full proposal applications submitted by entities that did not submit a pre-application between Sept. 25 - Nov. 1 will not be considered.
How will full proposals be scored?
A review committee will score proposals on four criteria and can be awarded up to 100 points. The scoring criteria categories are Community Benefit, Alignment with ODOT Priorities, Project Approach and Readiness, and Long-Term Impact. How can I learn more about the full proposal process?
Innovative Mobility Program staff are hosting an informational webinar on Nov. 12. Staff will review the application questions, how to use ODOT's Social Equity Index tool, and the scoring rubric. Registration is required. A recording of the event will be available for those unable to attend.
About the Innovative Mobility Program
The Innovative Mobility Program is a new initiative designed to increase social equity and mobility while reducing the effects of climate change. The program is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law passed by Congress in November 2021, as well as State of Oregon dollars. It was created in 2022 at the direction of the Oregon Transportation Commission. The program has a total of $20 million for grants, contracts and administration.
