PORTLAND – Effective September 11, the I-405 northbound Exit 1B off-ramp to 4th Avenue will be closed at all hours. This closure is necessary for paving work.
The estimated completion date for this work is September 25.

 

Detour

When the I-405 northbound Exit 1B off-ramp to 4th Avenue is closed, motor carriers can use Exit 1C to 6th Avenue or other authorized alternate routes.
