We've made great progress! Plan ahead for the 48-hour closure
Thank you for your patience during our nighttime full road closures for the paving project on OR 126. This work will help preserve the road and give you a smoother ride. We originally planned to reopen the road on August 9, but are pleased to announce that the work we needed to do was completed three days ahead of schedule!
Use caution, we're still paving at night with single lane closures and flaggers helping direct traffic. Don't forget – there's still more work to do and we'll need to close the road again.
Upcoming full OR 126 road closures:
Full 48-hour road closure planned for August 20 starting at 7 a.m. with the road reopening August 22 at 7 a.m.
Detour around the full road closure by using OR 58 and U.S. 20.
Vehicles over 35 feet long are not allowed on OR 242.
Our schedules may change, please visit TripCheck.com for the most up to date information on road closures and traffic impacts.
