We are now accepting applications for the 2025-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Discretionary (STIF Discretionary) and Statewide Transit Network (STN) grant programs. The STN grant program includes both the STIF Intercommunity Discretionary and Federal Transit Administration Section 5311(f) Intercity Bus Program funds.

Funding estimates:

• STIF Discretionary Fund – $12,000,000
• STIF Intercommunity Discretionary Fund – $10,000,000
• FTA Section 5311(f) Intercity Bus Program – $3,000,000

• A Letter of Interest (LOI) is required for all projects.
  • The deadline to submit LOIs to Regional Transit Coordinators is July 29, 2024, by 11:59 p.m.

• The deadline to submit applications is September 5, 2024, by 11:59 p.m.
  • Applications will be accepted through the Oregon Public Transit Information System (OPTIS). If you have access to OPTIS, login to view the application. For requesting access to OPTIS, contact ODOTPTDReporting@odot.oregon.gov or your Regional Transit Coordinator.
