We monitor several performance measures, adjusting programs and processes as needed to ensure we are meeting agency and division goals. Our Customer Satisfaction Survey asks you to tell us how we are doing and where we can improve.
The survey will take anywhere from 2 to 25 minutes to complete, depending on which set of questions apply to you and your business for last year.
