SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will meet Wednesday, June 12, at 9 a.m. in the Gail Achterman Conference Room in the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol Street NE in Salem, Oregon. Viewers can also watch online.
Agenda items include:

Committee Updates: Commissioners will provide updates on their respective committees, including Area Commissions on Transportation, the Continuous Improvement Advisory Committee and others.

Climate Efforts Update: An update on agency progress toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector.

Urban Mobility Strategy Finance Plan: Approve a conceptual plan to close the funding gap for the Urban Mobility Strategy.

Mid-Willamette Valley ACT Update: A presentation on the Mid-Willamette Valley ACT’s 2023-2025 Work Plan.

Legislative Joint Committee on Transportation 2024 Tour: An update on the Joint Committee’s statewide tour, including feedback and direction on key priorities, roles and materials in preparation for the tour and development of a 2025 transportation funding package.

2025-2027 Budget Development: An informational presentation on the ongoing budget development for the 2025-2027 biennium, including a breakdown of the anticipated State Highway Fund revenue shortfall.

Members of the public are asked to submit written comment in advance of the June 12 meeting and sign up for real-time virtual oral public comment. Sign up to provide comments by completing the comment form on our website at www.oregon.gov/odot/Get-involved/Pages/OTC_Main.aspx. Please sign up by noon on Monday, June 10.
Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Additionally, commenters (and organizations) who are providing oral testimony to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.
To submit written comments electronically, please use the submission form on the OTC website by noon on Monday, June 10, to guarantee inclusion in the meeting packet. Comments not included in the meeting packet will be shared with Commissioners after the meeting.
