Nighttime I-5 ramp closures start next week near Harrisburg

Plan ahead for I-5 Exit 209 closure

On and off-ramp closure

You've likely seen our crews working on northbound I-5 on a paving project between Halsey and Linn/Lane county line.

Next week you can expect the northbound I-5 on and off-ramp, Exit 209, at Diamond Hill Road to close for two nights.

Oak Grove rest area closed for two weeks

Plan ahead if you're taking a road trip, the northbound I-5 Oak Grove rest area will close starting June 9 for about two weeks.

Other impacts you can expect:

Crews working at night, Sunday night through Friday morning from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Single lane closures between 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Construction noise and delays.
Reduced speed limit of 55 mph in the work zone.
An abrupt edge between lanes in the work zone – no lane changes allowed where there are double white lines.
Most work to be on northbound I-5 in 2024.
Southbound I-5 work to mostly happen in 2025.
