The U.S. 97 Earl Street to Colfax Lane (Madras) project will increase safety and add longevity to the transportation infrastructure along U.S. 97 and U.S. 26 within the city of Madras. Portions of the highway will be repaved, ADA curb ramps and sidewalks built,
signals upgraded, and pedestrian crossings enhanced. The project will also include
improved stormwater drainage and bridge repair.
