UPDATE: Planned weekend lane closure on OR 217 postponed because of expected bad weather

UPDATE:
The planned weekend lane closure of southbound OR 217 between Allen Boulevard and Hall Boulevard has been postponed due to expected bad weather.
The work, which requires dry conditions, will involve paving a section of the future auxiliary lane. The southbound lane closure was originally scheduled for Friday night April 26 through Monday morning April 29.
We will send a new notification about this work as soon as it is rescheduled.
The work is part of the OR 217 Auxiliary Lanes Project, which will build auxiliary lanes in both directions of the highway between Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and OR 99W. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of next year and will mean smoother, safer and more reliable travels along the highway.
