OR 99W: Orrs Corner Road to Clow Corner Road

Clow Corner Road Roundabout Construction

We began making safety improvements on OR 99W between Rickreall and Monmouth last summer. At Orrs Corner Road, we added a left turn lane as planned. We also started working on the roundabout at the Clow Corner Road intersection.

What's next? 

The next step of construction requires Pacific Power and Light to move their poles and lines, which didn’t happen this winter as planned. We’ve adjusted our construction schedule so Pacific Power and Light can complete this work and minimize disruptions to traffic, especially during harvest season.

What does this mean?  We plan to keep Clow Corner Road open in 2024. Crews will continue some work on the roundabout this year with minimal impacts to traffic. Most of the remaining work, traffic impacts and Clow Corner Road closures will happen in 2025. Before major traffic impacts start, we will be sure to send an email alert to the community.
