The 2023 edition of the Manual of Field Test Procedures (MFTP) is now available for purchase. A hardcopy of the current manual is required for the Technical Inspector classes. AASHTO test procedures are only available in the paper version of the MFTP. To purchase MFTP manuals, submit this form. You may also view the manual online. (The online version of the MFTP does not include AASHTO test procedures due to licensing issues.)
The 2024 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction is available for purchase. You are required to bring a current edition to your Inspector Certification course to use during training. This way you can write notes directly into your copy to use on your ODOT project. Visit the Standard Specifications webpage for purchase information.
If you are looking for additional Construction manuals or Construction-related forms used during the execution of a contract, visit the ODOT Construction Section online.
