Emergency waiver extension in response to Governor's emergency declaration

 

 

Due to severe ice storms and hazardous conditions, Governor Kotek has declared a state of emergency across the state of Oregon.

ODOT Director Kristopher Strickler has issued an extension of Administrator Ramsdell’s January 16 emergency declaration.

Please be sure to read the attached waiver in full, as you are subject to the restrictions and conditions therein.

This extension is effective until 6pm PST, January 30, 2024.
