ARLINGTON – Tomorrow, Wednesday December 6, this section of I-84 eastbound will be restricted to 17 feet 00 inches in width, and this section of I-84 westbound will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The closure is necessary for emergency repair work resulting from the recent semi-crashes. The estimated completion date for this work is December 6.

 

Detour

When I-84 is restricted or closed, a signed detour will be in place using OR19 and city streets. Motor carriers over 17 feet 00 inches in width eastbound and all loads westbound that are unable to make the turns on detour route need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours, or use authorized alternate routes.
