Self-Issue Permits Program - Weight Restriction Updates

The Self-Issue Permits Program (SIPP) allows certified carriers to issue their own single-trip, over-dimension permits, without prior analysis by ODOT staff. If you are operating at legal dimensions (for example: no more than 8'6" wide; no more than 80,000 pounds gross weight when hauling a divisible load), SIPP will probably not be a benefit to you.

The weight restriction for loads on Old Hwy 34 EB MP 0.13 (Van Buren St) across the Willamette River in Corvallis has been lifted. The SIPP Manual and SIPP Training information have been updated to no longer call attention to this bridge. Those documents are linked below.
