It's that time again! Renewal for 2024 has opened online through Oregon Trucking Online (TOL)!
Oregon-based carriers (Commercial, Apportioned and IFTA) should be on the lookout for your mailed renewal applications and instructions. Instructions can also be found online on our renewal web page. You can complete your renewal by mail or in person at a CCD office, but why wait? Complete your renewal online through TOL today!
Out-of-state carriers with established Oregon motor carrier accounts will not receive a renewal application. You only need to ensure that your current vehicle list is up to date, as all listed vehicles automatically re-enroll in the Oregon Weight-Mile Tax (WMT) Program. No action is required unless you need to add, amend or cancel vehicles in your account. You can do all this online through TOL!
For all 2024 renewal information, including how to schedule and prepare for a renewal appointment for in-person service, please visit our renewal page today.

Per HB 2007 (2019), some carriers in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties with older vehicles must comply with the DEQ Diesel Retrofit Compliance Program and meet DEQ-approved retrofit requirements.
For those carriers who are required to comply, we cannot process your renewal unless your vehicle is equipped with approved retrofit technology certified by DEQ or you have an approved exemption. If you filed an exemption with CCD last year, you will need to resubmit an Application for Diesel Retrofit Compliance Program Exemption with your 2024 CCD vehicle registration renewal.
Please visit DEQ's website today for all information to ensure you are compliant in time to process your renewal for 2024.

Don’t forget! Oregon is a Performance and Registration Information System Management (PRISM) compliant jurisdiction. The goal of PRISM is to reduce the number of commercial motor vehicle crashes, injuries and fatalities.
Make sure your USDOT account with FMCSA is up to date before you renew your Oregon vehicle registration, otherwise you may experience delays in renewing your vehicles for 2024. More information is provided in your renewal instructions.

Oregon is fully compliant with TAT's Iowa MVE model.
The MVE model is one of TAT's state-based initiatives created by Iowa Motor Vehicle Enforcement to utilize entry points into the trucking (TAT) and bus industries (BOTL) to spread the anti-trafficking message.
This model is an extremely effective campaign to raise awareness and combat human trafficking throughout the commercial vehicle industry and we are proud to participate.
Visit our Help Stop Human Trafficking in Oregon page today and do your part to help in the fight against trafficking.
