PORTLAND – Effective October 14, this section of I-5 southbound will be closed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. The estimated completion date for this work is October 15. 

Effective October 27, this section of I-5 northbound will be closed nightly from 11:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. The estimated completion date for this work is October 28. 

Detour

When this section of I-5 northbound and southbound are closed motor carriers can
use I-205 to cross into and from Washington. For questions or help with determining authorized alternate routes, please contact the Over-Dimension Permit Unit
Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 503-373-0000.
