Motor carrier renewal for 2024 will open in October and run to December 31, 2023.
We will soon mail renewal information to Oregon-based carriers. You can find updated renewal instructions and important 2024 renewal dates on our Motor Carrier Renewal web page.
Note: If you are a motor carrier in Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington Counties, don’t forget that you may be required to comply with DEQ's Diesel Retrofit Compliance Program before we can process your renewal. If you filed an exemption with us last year, you will need to resubmit an Application for Diesel Retrofit Compliance Program Exemption with your 2024 CCD vehicle registration renewal.
We encourage you to process your renewal online through Oregon Trucking Online (TOL)! You can find instructions on how to do so in the “Online and Renewal Registration” section of our renewal web page.
Look for the announcement soon for when TOL is open and ready for renewal!
