PORTLAND – Effective September 30, this section of I-5 southbound will be closed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m. The estimated completion date for this work is October 1.

When this section of I-5 southbound is closed motor carriers can
use I-205 from Washington. For questions or help with determining authorized alternate routes, please contact the Over-Dimension Permit Unit
Monday-Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 503-373-0000.
