We are changing our call center hours
Effective October 1, 2023, our Commercial Vehicle Tax Service Center (503-378-6699) service hours will be Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PST.
We will be closed weekends and holidays, along with every third Wednesday of the month from 9-10am for staff development.
Why are we changing our service hours?
This change puts more people on the phone at our busiest hours, which means shorter wait times and improved services. It also allows us to push planned system upgrades outside of business hours, minimizing disruption and downtime when you need us most.
The one-hour staff development sessions will give us valuable time for training and development to ensure our staff is giving the best service possible.
In short, we are maximizing our resources and improving our services to you!
