PORTLAND – Effective October 13, the I-84 eastbound on-ramp from Grand Avenue will be closed at night from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This closure is necessary for structural inspections. The estimated completion date for this work is October 15.

When the I-84 eastbound on-ramp from Grand Avenue is closed, motor carriers will need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours or use authorized alternate routes.For questions or help with determining authorized
