The Region 1 Area Commission on Transportation (ACT) will hold a meeting from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 7, 2023.
The meeting will include both an in-person option at The Best Western Plus Hood River Inn Trillium Room (located at 1108 E Marina Drive, Hood River, OR) and a virtual option via Zoom.
At 5:15 p.m., we will test video and audio connections.
At 5:30 p.m., the meeting will begin.
Agenda topics include:
- Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail Resolution.
- Hood River County transportation showcase and updates.
- Hood River White Salmon Bridge.
- A conversation with OTC Chair Julie Brown and Commissioner Jeff Baker.

The Trillium Room is in the Columbia River Gorge Conference Center, located in the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn parking lot. The conference center entrance, meeting room and restrooms are accessible. Accessible parking is available on the northeast side of the conference center.

Providing public comment
There will be opportunity to provide public comment during the meeting.
Virtual attendees will be muted. The Commission will provide opportunities for public comment. If you have a question or comment while attending virtually you can:
