Did you know? We use the non Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) participating rates for salary ranges in our job announcements. Executive branch employees who are PERS participating members will have the base salary increased by 6.95% and pay the 6% employee contribution to PERS automatically. Employees who are not yet a PERS participating member, will receive the 6.95% pay increase and begin the 6% employee contribution / contribution to the Employee Pension Stability Account (EPSA) upon participating in PERS.
