Oregon Transportation Commission to meet June 28

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 28, at 9 a.m. in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol St NE, Salem. An online option for viewing will also be available.
Commissioners are meeting to review and discuss the Urban Mobility Strategy Finance Plan for submittal to Gov. Tina Kotek by July 1, and approve any modifications or adjustments. The draft plan will be available on the OTC website on Monday, June 26.

How to provide public comment
Submit written comment in advance of the meeting and sign up for real-time virtual public comment. Sign up to provide comments by completing the comment form on our website at www.oregon.gov/odot/Get-involved/Pages/OTC_Main.aspx. Please sign up by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27.
Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Commenters (and organizations) who are providing public comment to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.
To submit written comments electronically, please use the submission form on the OTC website by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, to guarantee inclusion in the meeting packet. Comments not included in the meeting packet will be shared with commissioners after the meeting.
