PORTLAND – Beginning July 17, the I-405 northbound on-ramp from NW Glisan Street and Couch St, will be closed at night from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. The ramp closure is necessary to allow inspection work to be done with the snooper and bucket truck. The estimated date of completion of this work is July 21.
