TAP Scholarship Form Guidance

• Urban Providers is limited to the first 60 applicants for registration assistance only.
• Rural Providers are allowed full scholarships for up to $1,500 for 5 individuals per agency.

Hotel Information

Limited hotel rooms can be reserved at the state per diem rate. Hotel rooms at the Hilton will go fast. Once the block is full (and we will let you know) rooms can be reserved at their regular summer rate. There are two overflow hotels: AC and Indigo Hotels with limited rooms for per diem rate.  Again, once those are full that's it; folks will be on their own to pay anything above the per diem rate.  https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates

Bus Roadeo

The State Roadeo is open to Oregon. Register to show your bus driving skills in a fun competition. Roadeo Banquet will provide a WA winner and OR winner if there is a good handful participating.
