ASHLAND – Effective June 25th, the following ramps will be closed nightly, Sunday through Thursday nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. These closures are necessary for a paving project. The estimated completion date for this work is June 29th.
- I-5 SB on-ramp from OR99 will be closed June 27th through June 29th.
- I-5 SB on-ramp from OR66 will be closed June 26th through June 28th.
- I-5 SB Exit 14 off-ramp to OR66 will be closed June 26th through June 28th.
- I-5 SB on-ramp from S. Valley View Rd will be closed June 25th through June 29th.
Detour
When I-5 southbound on-ramp from OR99 is closed, motor carriers can take Tolman Creek Road then proceed to Ashland Road and re-enter I-5 southbound.
When I-5 southbound Exit 14 off-ramp to OR66 is closed, motor carriers can get off
at exit 19, take Rogue Valley highway, and Ashland Street and then proceed to I-5 southbound.
When I-5 southbound on-ramp from OR66 is closed, motor carriers can Proceed past the closed ramp, and go northbound on I-5, take Exit 19, and then proceed to I-5 southbound.
When I-5 southbound, on-ramp from Valley View Road is closed, motor carriers can travel over the interchange to the northbound on-ramp, and take Exit 21, go over the overpass and proceed to I-5 southbound.
