2023 Application Period is Open!

Elgin Bridge Replacement Before Picture

Applications are currently being accepted and must be submitted by 11:59 pm on July 31st.

The application form is available online.

Guidance for completing the application form may be found on the Small City Allotment Web Page.

Eligibility

-  Open to incorporated Cities with populations of 5,000 or fewer.

-  Cites must have all previously awarded projects completed* prior to August 1, 2023.

Timeline

-  Applications accepted June 1 through July 31, 2023.

-  ODOT conducts site evaluations August 1 through September 30, 2023.

-  Advisory Committee approves project selection mid-October.

-  Award announcements made mid to late October.

-  Agreements to award recipients for signature by November 30, 2023.

-  Funds available after January 1, 2024, with executed agreement.
