The loop ramp from northbound Pacific Highway West, OR 99W, to NB OR 217, will close May 31 for two months.

The loop ramp from northbound OR 99W, Pacific Highway West, to northbound OR 217 will close for two months starting Wednesday morning, May 31.

The closure, part of OR 217 improvement project, will make sure the loop ramp will align properly with the new auxiliary lane planned for this section of the highway. 

The ramp from southbound Pacific Highway to northbound OR 217 will remain open during this work.

As a detour, take OR 217 south to 72^nd Avenue, cross over the highway to the ramp to northbound OR 217.

The OR 217 Auxiliary Lanes Project will improve safety and reduce bottlenecks on OR 217 by adding auxiliary lanes -- ramp to ramp connections -- between Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and OR 99W. Work began in December 2021 and will continue through 2025. In partnership with the City of Beaverton and Washington County, the project includes improvements to local bicycle and pedestrian routes.
