OREGON CITY – Beginning Monday, May 22, the following ramps will be intermittently closed Monday through Thursday nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The closures are necessary to re-stripe alignment. The estimated completion date for this work is May 28.
- I-205 southbound Exit 8 off-ramp to OR43
- I-205 southbound Exit 9 on- and off-ramp to/from OR99E
Beginning Tuesday, May 30, the I-205 northbound on-ramp from OR43 southbound will be closed at all hours. This ramp closure is necessary for road work. The estimated completion date for this work is June 21.
These ramps will not be closed simultaneously.
Detour
- When the I-205 southbound Exit 8 off-ramp to OR43 is closed, motor carriers can reverse direction at Exit 6 (10th Street) then take the northbound Exit to OR43.
- When the I-205 southbound Exit 9 off-ramp to OR99E is closed, motor carriers can reverse direction at Exit 8 (OR43) then take the northbound Exit to OR99E
- When the I-205 southbound on-ramp from OR99E is closed, motor carriers can continue on I-205 northbound, take Exit 11 to 82nd Street, re-enter I-205 south
then take Exit 9 to OR99E.
- When the I-205 northbound on-ramp from OR43 is closed, motor carriers can take OR43 to I-205 southbound then reverse direction to I-205 northbound at Exit 10.
