Full Closure and Ramp Closures on I-405 (Portland)

PORTLAND – The Fremont Bridge is receiving bridge and joint repairs, that will
require the following full closure of I-405 northbound, MP 1.24 to MP 4.21, as well as the associated ramps: 

On Friday, April 21, the I-405 northbound section between US26 and US30 along with the associated ramps, will be closed at night from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The estimated completion date for this work is April 22. 

Ramp Closures: 

  • I-405 NB on-ramp from Couch St/Burnside St 
  • I-405 NB on-ramp from 15th Ave/Glisan St 
  • US30 EB off-ramp to I-405 NB 
  • US26 EB off-ramp to I-405 NB 

Detour

When These closures are taking place motor carriers will need to use I-405 southbound to I-5 northbound or I-5 northbound to I-405 southbound.
