ORS 366.215 Records of Support Issued

Records of Support have been issued for the following projects and are posted on the ODOT ORS 366.215 Records web page:

  • OR19: Arlington ADA Ramps
  • Burns and Hines Curb Ramps (K22445)
  • U.S. 101: Urban Upgrades (Garibaldi) (K20252)
  • U.S. 97: Lower Bridge Way - NW 10th Street (Terrebonne) (K21162) 

These projects are located on Reduction Review Routes that are subject to Oregon Revised Statute 366.215. Proposed actions on these routes that have the potential to reduce vehicle-carrying capacity are subject to a Stakeholder Forum Review per Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR 731-012-0010).

Information about the potential ORS 366.215 impacts for these projects were shared with the Stakeholder Forum via Consent Calendar during the Mobility Advisory Committee meeting on January 12, 2023. Formal Stakeholder Forum support for the proposed actions were reached during the meeting.
