OR 18: Newberg-Dundee Bypass Phase 2

Preparing for Construction
You may have noticed, we're starting to prepare for Phase 2A construction in 2023.
You'll see activity in the area as we:
- Remove trees south of the OR 18 and OR 219 intersection to make room for the new eastbound exit.
- Remove trees and clear vegetation throughout the project area.
- Work with our utility partners to relocate their lines and equipment.
About Phase 2A
We're building improvements for the OR 18 and OR 219 interchange, including realigning of NE Wynooski Road.
Construction is starting in 2023 and we anticipate completing by 2025.
