STIF Discretionary and Statewide Transit Network Grant Application Due Nov. 30, 2022
The ODOT Public Transportation Division is excited to open the application form for the FY 2023-25 Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Discretionary and Statewide Transit Network fund programs. This solicitation includes applications for FTA Section 5311(f) funds. Please reference the Application Instructions throughout the application process. These instructions provide step-by-step guidance for each question posed in the application form. This is a competitive grant program and applicants are, in most cases, not permitted to make changes to their application after submittal. Review responses carefully before submitting.
Applicants may only submit applications for projects proposed through a Letter of Interest (LOI) with the exception of applications seeking funding solely for vehicle purchases. Remember that regional transit coordinators have until October 28, 2022 to provide feedback on submitted LOIs. The application form will close at 11:59 PM on November 30, 2022. Early submittal is highly recommended.
