CCD system update - Temporary Enrollment Documents available again

Our system is now able to once again issue Temporary Enrollment Documents to carriers via both phone and Oregon Trucking Online (TOL).

Please note: TOL is still experiencing technical issues impacting vehicle registration functions, so Oregon-based accounts are still disabled on TOL.

If you are an Oregon-based carrier and need registration services, we can offer temporary passes and registration trip permits by phone to allow you to operate legally until our system issues are resolved and you can complete those transactions later.
